Adapt and Change with the Baby Jogger City Select LUX

Adapt and Change with the Baby Jogger City Select LUX

When I was shopping for baby gear for our little boy, I tried to be very careful to avoid buying unnecessary items. I also tried to choose products that could meet a variety of needs and grow with him...and our future babies! If you're searching for a stroller for your growing family, you definitely need to check out the Baby Jogger City Select LUX because it is one of the most versatile strollers on the market! With more than twenty different riding configurations, it's definitely one of the best (if not the very best) options for growing families!

One of my favorite things about the Baby Jogger City Select LUX is that no matter what configuration you choose, the child sitting in the back isn't forced to sit below the child sitting in the front. As someone who struggles with motion sickness, being able to see out is sooooo important to me! And as a mama, I know how much happier my little man is when he can see the world around him...and how much more likely he is to actually want to stay in the stroller! And I have to admit that very few things frustrate me more than pushing an empty stroller while chasing my kiddo through a crowd! If your child doesn't want to sit in his stroller, what's the point of taking up so much space in your car to haul it around?

Speaking of space, I also love that the new Baby Jogger City Select LUX folds up much smaller (approximately 30 percent smaller) than the Baby Jogger City Select! And the second seat can even be attached when your stroller is folded up. It's also super easy to fold. You simply fold the seat in half, pull the fold tabs, and it will fold and automatically lock shut. It's so easy that you can fold your stroller with one hand, leaving your other hand free to do the million other things you need to do!

Annnnnnnd...speaking of hands, they made a few small changes to the handbrake. It now has a decelerator like you often see on jogging strollers. And when you want to lock the handbrake, you simply pull the brake until it clicks. And just like the Baby Jogger City Select, the handlebar is extendable, so anyone can comfortably push the Baby Jogger City Select LUX...even my uncle who is 6' 8" tall!

Baby Jogger has also introduced a new seating option for your older kiddos. The Baby Jogger City Select LUX Bench Seat is the perfect option for your older kids who like to be able to explore but still need a place to rest their legs when they get tired. The toddler seats also have a 45-pound weight capacity and the canopy can be removed, so your older and taller kids can use those seats as well!

With suspension on all four wheels and a large basket with a five-pound weight capacity, you'll also be able to haul as much extra baby gear as you need! And the extra large canopy with SPF 50 and a magnetic peek-a-boo window will keep your kiddos protected from the sun and rain and wind! And if your kiddo falls asleep when you're out and about, you can recline both of the seats so they're almost completely flat and protect their heads from that uncomfortable head bobbing!

Several of my friends have the Baby Jogger City Select, and I have had serious stroller envy! I love that you have so many riding options—one infant car seat, one toddler seat, two infant car seats, two toddler seats, one infant car seat and one toddler seat...you get the point! But now that the new and improved Baby Jogger City Select LUX has been released, I have a new stroller on my wishlist!
