Although you can install with the LATCH connectors, using the vehicle seatbelt is just so dang easy. Just start off by adjusting the 9-position quick push recline to make sure your child is comfortable. Its 15-position harness and headrest make sure that your child fits in the One4Life properly as well. Open up the Clicktight door and route the seatbelt through the appropriate belt path—in this video, we show you how to do rear-facing mode! Lock off the seatbelt, close the Clicktight door, and check your installation. Your kiddo is ready to be buckled in!

In terms of safety features, the Britax One4Life is built with a super strong steel frame, plus two layers of Side Impact Protection. Its energy-absorbing shell and foam-lined headrest protect your child’s head, neck, and torso. Britax has also implemented what they call SafeCell Technology. What it does is create a crumple zone in the car seat base to help absorb crash energy. For better air flow in a warm car, the One4Life has built-in cooling channels and ventilated mesh. There's nothing worse than a miserable, sweaty baby!
